A driver was arrested for driving with a suspended licence and failing to take a breath test after his car crashed into railings in San Po Kong yesterday. The man, 42, lost control of his car on Prince Edward Road East, near King Tai Street, at about 1am. He suffered no apparent injuries, was released on bail of HK$5,000 and is required to report to police on November 7.
