A Kowloon Motor Bus driver pleaded not guilty over the death of a cyclist in Kennedy Town in January. Leung Kong-che appeared in Eastern Court yesterday charged with dangerous driving causing death. His bus collided with the cyclist, in his 20s, in Des Voeux Road West, near Hill Road, on January 12. A witness yesterday said the bus was moving at 50km/h and sped up slightly to veer right when the cyclist ahead also veered right and they collided.
