Located in the centre of Hangzhou's business and shopping area, beside the scenic West Lake and just a 30-minute drive away from the airport, lies the Landison Plaza Hotel Hangzhou.
The hotel contains 25 floors with 285 rooms. The Plaza Club room suites and duplex can be found from the 20th to the 24th floor and the executive lounge is on the top floor, overlooking the whole city and the lake.
Guests can enjoy a selection of international television channels and unlimited internet and Wi-fi.
There are seven multifunction meeting rooms in the hotel called the Four Seasons, Crane Room, Westlake Room, Nanhu Lake, Osmanthus, Jade Flower and Jianhu Room, with Four Seasons being the biggest at 420 square metres and Jianhu being the smallest at 46.8.
All of the rooms can be used to hold banquets, buffet dinners, cocktail receptions or parties, conferences and even act as a theatre or classroom except for Jade Flower and the Jianhu room which cannot be used to hold buffet dinners or cocktail reception parties.
Also, Four Seasons, Westlake, Nanhu and Jade Flower, can be divided into two meeting rooms if necessary.
The biggest room, Four Seasons, can hold up to 250 people for a banquet, buffet or cocktail party, 380 people in a theatre hall, 220 people for classroom teaching and 155 people for a conference.
A full set of equipment, including projectors and screens, microphones, barco, moveable stage and floor, podium, easels, flip charts, music mixers, spotlight, laser pointers, audio visual equipment, high speed wireless internet and stationary, will be provided.
International brands that have previously held conferences at the hotel include Mercedes-Benz, Louis Vuitton and Audi.
