Police constables Raymond Tin Sai-fung, 44, and Tsang Kwok-kin, 34, pleaded not guilty yesterday in the District Court to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Tin also pleaded not guilty to committing an act intended to pervert the course of justice. They are accused of tampering with the investigation of a woman over a traffic offence on February 24, 2007.
