He has extensive experience in advising Fortune 500 and multinational corporations in the areas of foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, employment, intellectual property and technology and licensing. He has worked in an array of sectors including insurance, aerospace, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, publishing, automotive, media and entertainment.

Most recently he was head of global sales and relationships management - financial intermediaries - and before that was head of strategic development. He is also experienced in securities services operations, having been Belgium location manager and head of network management. Jond has a proven track record in leading the strategic development of BNP Paribas Securities Services business lines and has global experience in leading teams to deliver advanced solutions for the firm's clients.

Haberer, currently chief executive of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Hong Kong and North Asia, has been appointed head of key clients, Asia, and will primarily focus on new client acquisitions.

Rodney Tsang

Tsang joins Citi after more than two years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was managing director and head of China private sector coverage. Before that, he worked at Credit Suisse in senior roles.

Peter Upton

Director, Hong Kong

British Council

Previously, Upton led the Nigeria office, and before that, he was the director of the British Council in Thailand and was also responsible for the council's education programmes across East Asia. He has provided advice to the British and other governments on education reform policies.

Thierry Dana

Dana is currently regional manager of Switzerland, southern Europe and Latin America, BNP Paribas Wealth Management. He has held a number of key managerial and client-facing positions in various markets, with the most recent being a member of the executive committee and regional manager of Switzerland, southern Europe and Latin America, managing a sales team of over 80. He will report to Serge Forti, chief executive of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Asia-Pacific, with a focus on increasing wealth management's presence in North Asia markets.
