Some tenants who have leased office space in the International Commerce Centre have received temporary permits to conduct internal renovation work today. They are the first permits issued since six workers died after a platform on the 30th floor fell 20 floors in a lift shaft in the ICC on September 13. Electrical tests would be done and smoke might appear during the work, the property management firm said.
