The Link Management said it has paid off HK$10 million in management fees for July and August it owes the Housing Authority. The company, which owns 180 shopping centres and car parks on public housing estates, said in a letter to the Legislative Council that its failure to make the payment occurred because of delayed administrative procedures. The Housing Authority issued a letter earlier this month urging The Link to pay.
