The answer to your prayers - a pilgrimage to the holy land of soccer
Soccer is a religion in Hong Kong, especially when it comes to English Premier League matches. So sports commentator Keyman Ma Kai-yan is planning to take the faithful on a pilgrimage to England, the holy land of soccer, in what has been billed as the first religious tour of its kind.
The week-long tour will take place during the last week of November, and Ma will be your personal tour guide in London. 'I think true football fans should do this once a year,' he said.
The tour buddies will not only watch league matches - which will include Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham United and Fulham, depending on your pre-paid package - they will also play against local British fans and drink at their pubs.
It's this latter part that I am a bit worried about; things can get rather ugly, if you know what I mean. But Ma is promising a wild night out, filled with fun, drinks and his personal post-match analysis.
The whole package does not come cheap, though. Depending on the level of luxury and number of matches, costs range from HK$11,900 to HK$18,480. Ma will personally present details about the trip today and Monday.
