A 69-year-old woman with lung cancer, hypertension and diabetes became the 27th Hongkonger to die of swine flu. She developed a fever and went to Prince of Wales Hospital on Friday, where she died on Saturday night. A 57-year-old woman with end-stage renal failure, diabetes and hypertension fell into critical condition with swine flu yesterday.
