A man was fined HK$3,000 in Eastern Court yesterday after being convicted of obstructing public officers in the performance of their duties. In a hawker control operation outside Admiralty MTR station on August 20, the man and a woman tried to snatch articles seized by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officers, causing injuries to an officer. The woman was put on a HK$2,000 good behaviour bond for 12 months on September 15.
