Eight developers have bid for phase one of the Urban Renewal Authority's redevelopment of Kwun Tong town centre. The 4,326 square metre project, on the site of a bus terminal at the junction of Hip Wo Street and Yuet Wah Street, is expected to deliver a 40-storey residential block and a health clinic.
