Leigh Jones has been appointed development manager of the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union and will join compatriot Dai Rees, who is head coach. Jones has been released from his contract at Newport-Gwent Dragons, the Welsh regional side where Rees was employed as assistant coach. Jones, who was part of the Wales coaching team when Graham Henry was in charge of the Welsh national side, will arrive in the New Year. Dragons head coach Paul Turner said: 'Leigh is a quality coach and I'm sure he will be a major success in Hong Kong.'
