The Pink Revolution continues, with athletes and artists joining the crusade. As part of the campaign to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer, this weekend all seven senior rugby teams from the Hong Kong Football Club will wear special pink shirts - as modelled by the Breast Cancer Foundation's Veronica Bourke (with ball) - for their games tomorrow to show solidarity with the cause.

'We are very excited to be playing in this superb one-off pink kit and hope that by doing so we can raise the public's awareness of breast cancer and do our bit to support the fight,' the captain of the club's rugby section, Ben Stobart, said.

More than 100 players will go pink during their matches at Happy Valley and entry is free. The club is hosting a Pink Ball in the evening and expects the sold-out event will raise more than HK$200,000.

Also supporting the foundation tomorrow is the American Community Theatre, which is presenting a night of Broadway duets featuring almost 30 singers and actors from the theatrical community. Performers will partner up and entertain with show tunes and Broadway hits at Grappa's Cellar from 8pm. They even have a clever themed title - What A Pair! Tickets are HK$180.

The foundation will host a walkathon on Sunday. Starting from 9am, participants will hike from the Peak Tower, along Lugard Road, Harlech Road and around The Peak's 3.5km route. Everyone is naturally encouraged to wear pink. Contact 2525 6033.
