Hongkong Post will dedicate a new stamp sheetlet to Hong Kong's Nobel laureate Dr Charles Kao Kuen. The design will be chosen from an open contest. Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sing revealed this yesterday on his blog and said the Science Museum would arrange an exhibition about Kao and fibre optics technology, which Kao pioneered.
