PARIS: Once a symbol of excessive living, Haiti's exiled dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier has left his Riviera villa because he cannot pay the rent, a newspaper reported. Le Parisien reported that Mr Duvalier's whereabouts are unknown since he left the villain February, unable to come up with 800,000 francs (HK$1.07 million) in annual rent.
