Adrianna Ma Managing director General Atlantic

Ma is based in New York and has led the development of General Atlantic's global energy and resources sector over the past two years. She is now a director of Gavilon Holdings, a leading agriculture and energy platform. Prior to joining GA, Ma worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department. Previously, she was a project manager at Hewlett-Packard. Ma received her BSc in electrical engineering and sciences, and ME in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jing Hong Principal General Atlantic

Hong is a senior professional in the firm's Beijing office and focuses on investments and opportunities in China. Prior to joining GA in 2008, Hong worked at Warburg Pincus, focusing on growth investments in consumer goods, retail and the financial services sectors. Previously, she was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where she served a number of Chinese and multinational companies in consumer goods and retail, telecom services, logistics and financial services. Hong received a BSc in finance, a masters in management engineering from Tsinghua University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Derek Yung Chief executive, Hong Kong Prudential Assurance

Yung will be in charge of Prudential's insurance operations in Hong Kong, leading the executive management team to oversee a broad range of life, investment-linked, medical and general insurance products, as well as employee benefit offerings. Yung brings to Prudential Hong Kong more than 20 years of insurance experience with significant accomplishments in the local insurance industry. Prior to joining Prudential Hong Kong, he was senior vice-president and general manager of AIA's Hong Kong and Macau operations, overseeing the businesses and formulating and executing AIA's strategic plans in both territories.

Jonathan Larsen Head Consumer Banking and Global Cards, Asia-Pacific Citi

Larsen will be responsible for all of Citi's regional consumer products and customer segments. He will also have joint oversight of Citi's local commercial banking covering small and medium enterprises in the Asia-Pacific. Larsen was previously country head and Citi country officer for Singapore and chief executive of Citibank Singapore. Prior to those roles, Larsen was head of retail banking for Citibank in Asia-Pacific, overseeing the development of wealth management under the Citigold Wealth Management Banking brand, and also head of business development for the consumer business in Asia-Pacific.

Stanley Lau General manager Gateway Hotel

Lau has been the general manager of the Marco Polo Davao in the Philippines since 2005 and has contributed greatly to its current success. Lau has had an extensive career with the Marco Polo Hotels, joining the group in 1988 and working in a number of management positions. Lau's strong operations and management background will enable him to enhance the Gateway Hotel's brand presence in the market.

Robert Luo Partner, audit, Beijing KPMG China

Luo joined the Beijing office in 1997. He is experienced in providing audit services for industries such as power and utilities, telecommunications and NGOs. He is active in dealing with overseas listings and fund-raising projects.

Kari Pahlman Principal, tax, Hong Kong KPMG China

Pahlman joined the Hong Kong office in 2006 after having previously worked for KPMG in Europe. He leads the firm's global transfer pricing services function in the Hong Kong office, providing transfer pricing advisory services across various industry lines. He specialises in economic advisory assignments in relation to transfer pricing, tax valuations and supply chain planning. He regularly advises multinational corporations on their regional and global transfer pricing issues.
