Competition among luxury developers to woo buyers by having top designers craft their properties is hotting up, with the company owned by Britain's Duke of Westminster stepping into the fray.

Grosvenor is expanding its presence in Asia with the launch of The Westminster Terrace, which overlooks Approach Bay with views of the Tsing Ma and Ting Kau bridges. Each of the 59 duplex units in the 39-storey tower boasts additional balcony space. Architect Paul Davis designed the building while Koichiro Ikebuchi and Tara Bernerd gave their exclusive touch to the interiors.
