Steven Lam Tsz-fung kept alive his dream of playing in the Masters after a two-under-par 70 in the second round of the Asian Amateur Championship at Mission Hills Golf Club yesterday. The 16-year-old St Joseph's College student shares eighth place on a two-day total of 141, six strokes behind leaders Han Chang-won of South Korea and Australia's Jordan Sherratt. Roderick Staunton, with a 77 added to his opening round of 71, was the only other Hong Kong player to make the halfway cut. 'It was an up and down day, but I'm not out of it,' Lam said.
