A policeman has pleaded not guilty to indecent assault of a woman at his Sha Tin flat after a night of drinking. The woman, 31, said she met Chan Kwok-wah, 35, on December 26 and awoke the next day at a Garden Rivera flat to find her pants inside out and some clothing removed. As she was leaving, Chan grabbed her breasts, she said. The trial continues at Sha Tin Court before Magistrate Pang Chung-ping.
