Six injured in Hung Hom crash

Six people aged from two to 43 were injured when a car travelling along Cheung Wan Road collided with a KMB bus and then ran into railings outside The Metropolis in Hung Hom at about 10.40am yesterday. The injured, including the driver of the car, were treated at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Yau Ma Tei.

Chess player, 77, hurt in fight

A 77-year-old man was injured during a dispute with a 60-year-old man in a park on Electric Road in North Point at about 5.30am. The two men were playing chess when the fight happened. The victim called police after being pushed to the ground. He was admitted to Eastern Hospital in Chai Wan.

Man held for attack on youth

Police arrested a 25-year-old man for attacking an 18-year-old youth at the junction of Yuen Chau Street and Wing Lung Street, Cheung Sha Wan, at about 2.15pm. The victim was admitted to Caritas Medical Centre in Sham Shui Po.

Four vandalise restaurant

Four South Asian men entered a restaurant in Shek Yam Road, Kwai Chung, at about 4.25am and vandalised it. A 53-year-old member of the restaurant's staff called police. No arrests had been made by last night.
