Roderick Shay

Regional director, bancassurance

AXA Asia Life

With more than 30 years of bancassurance experience, Shay will drive the development of regionwide bancassurance strategies for the company and take the lead in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential bank partners. Shay was the regional general manager of bancassurance for Asia, the Middle East and North Africa with Allianz.

Laura Wang

Regional director, customer management and direct marketing

AXA Asia Life

Wang joins from AIA's direct marketing division. With more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience with multinational companies, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise relationships with customers. Wang is expected to tap the region's direct marketing potential and contribute to AXA's distribution growth and scale in Asia.

Phillip Hayman

Regional director, proprietary distribution

AXA Asia Life

Hayman brings to AXA more than 25 years' experience. He was the regional chief agency officer of AIG, overseeing sales in 14 countries. Prior to his appointment, Hayman spent 4 1/2 years with AIG in India overseeing the expansion of the sales force for two major companies. Hayman's responsibility at AXA will be to drive the strategic direction of the proprietary channel.

Jason Frost

Director, transactions and restructuring, advisory, Shanghai

KPMG China

Frost joined KPMG's Shanghai office in January 2005. He previously worked for a global forensic and accounting insolvency firm in Australia. He has more than 12 years' experience in fraud and financial investigations, litigation support, royalty reviews, corporate intelligence and insolvency, and strong knowledge of the accounting practices of firms in China.

Ryan Quinn

Regional director of broker

AXA Asia Life

Quinn brings 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to his new role. Quinn will champion the company's Asia-wide brokerage channel strategy by working closely at a local level across the Asian region. Before he joined AXA Asia Life, Quinn was the vice-president and regional head of the IFA/Brokerage and High Net Worth divisions at AIG Asia.

Tiffany Wong

Director, transactions and restructuring, advisory, Hong Kong

KPMG China

Wong joined KPMG's restructuring services in 1999. She has a strong background in corporate restructuring, liquidation, investigation and estate and trust administration. Wong has been involved in the financial restructuring of a number of Hong Kong-listed companies and has recently been assisting the liquidators of one of the entities of Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong.
