All but one of the 15 villagers arrested for contempt of the Legislative Council for disrupting proceedings on September 17 were released yesterday without charge. Bail was extended for Tsoi Yuen Chuen concern group leader Ko Chun-heung, who must report to the Waterfront police station on December 17. The group is fighting forced relocation for the high-speed rail link to Guangzhou.
