Shenzhen border police intercepted a wooden vessel off Dapeng Bay at about 4pm yesterday and found 100 tonnes of illicit diesel smuggled from Hong Kong, Xinhua reported. Officers believed it was destined for Huizhou. The report did not mention any arrests or whether Hongkongers were involved.
