Scoop up a free Chunky Monkey as new Ben & Jerry's opens doors

The offer might be more tempting if the weather were a bit warmer, but then again is there ever a bad time for ice cream? Today, the Ben & Jerry's franchise opens a new scoop shop at Central Pier No3 (for the ferry heading to and from Discovery Bay).

To entice folks to drop by, they're offering a free scoop from 4pm to 8pm today. There are no strings attached, just visit the new ice-cream stand and you're free to choose your favourite, including Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chunky Monkey, Chocolate Therapy and Phish Food.
