Bomb disposal officers evacuated 20 people and carried out a controlled explosion yesterday after a parcel with a warning note was delivered to a company on the 48th floor of Convention Plaza Office Tower in Harbour Road, Wan Chai. No explosives were found. A man wearing a cap delivered the parcel at 12.45pm.
