OUTSPOKEN war veteran Jack Edwards will leave for Britain tomorrow in an effort to enlist public support in his fight for passports for wives and widows of former Hong Kong servicemen.

He will be in London for the release of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee report on Hong Kong on Wednesday. Previous recommendations made by the committee had made him optimistic this week's report would give him more ammunition in his battle, he said.
