Mixologist Antonio Lai is full of surprises this Christmas. In addition to his New Year mixology menu, which includes delights such as champagne with cointreau and blackcurrant pearls, peppermint liquor jellyfish and eggnog parfait with alcoholic coffee pearls, he has also cooked up a number of other innovative drinks. The Smoked Whiskey Coke doesn't seem much different from regular cola by appearances alone, but one taste of the cherry-wood smoke-infused drink and you'll be hooked. The Berry Whiskey with Blackcurrant Air is a lovely starter for the evening, and the Gin Popcorn is a must-try - a spoonful of the nitrogen frozen 'popcorn' in your mouth has incredible entertaining effects. Bring a camera.
