A teacher who received oral sex from a 13-year-old girl living in a children's home was jailed for nine months yesterday. Former Modern College teacher Chan Hang-lap, 30, was sentenced in Kowloon City Court after he was convicted of indecent assault. He had pleaded not guilty. Chan, who intends to appeal his conviction, was denied bail.
