A British stockbroker who laundered HK$683 million through Hong Kong bank accounts gets two more years tacked onto his sentence - he'll now serve 51/2 years. The ruling, by the Court of Appeal yesterday, came after the prosecution's application to review the sentence of Jerome Hertzberg, 39, who pleaded guilty last year to five charges of handling illegal proceeds between 2005 and 2007. The appeal court found the case involved an international element.
