Executive accused of indecency

The managing director of an investment company patted the buttock of a 15-year-old boy in a steam room at the prestigious Hong Kong Country Club and offered to scratch his private parts, Eastern Court heard yesterday. Allen Chan Zoony-yee, 60, pleaded not guilty to indecent conduct in the Wong Chuk Hang club on February 8. He said the youth had misunderstood him. The trial continues today before Magistrate Henry Mierczak.
