Thompson comes from Ernst & Young in Tokyo and brings with him transfer pricing experience from Japan and Britain, where he was a member of the financial services transfer pricing team. His experience includes banking, global trading, asset management, insurance and treasury.

Kitty Lam

Lam was previously director of sales at the Renaissance Kowloon Hotel, where she spent 16 years working her way up the ranks through positions in the sales and reservations departments. In her new role, she is the hotel's key contact for travel agents, wholesale operators and the hotel's luxury cruise clients.

Joyce Mang

Mang moves from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, where she worked for three years, most recently as convention services manager. She also worked at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong in customer services. She will focus on nurturing business with luxury brands, entertainment, banking and finance clients.

Alston Beinhorn

Beinhorn, who will be based in Singapore, will be responsible for leading the regional expansion of the Heritage private banking operation. He has nearly 30 years of experience of private banking, much of it in Asia, having held senior management roles with Citigroup Private Bank and, most recently, with Merrill Lynch.

Chan will spearhead sales growth and recruitment strategies while implementing plans to develop her team. She joined MassMutual Asia in 2003 and has 15 years of sales and management experience in financial planning. She is a repeat winner of the International Management Award and the Career Development Award.

Neeraj Govil

Govil was previously director of operations at the New World-owned Renaissance Riverside Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After studying hotel management in Goa, he worked as food and beverage manager at the Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre and at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel.
