The managing director of an investment company, Allen Chan Zoony-yee, 60, was acquitted in Eastern Court of indecent conduct towards a child under the age of 16. He was accused of asking a 15-year-old boy whether he wanted his private parts scratched in a Hong Kong Country Club steam room in February.
