A police officer based at Kwun Tong Court who allegedly threw a rice cooker, phone bill, incense pot and other items from his 34th-floor Tseung Kwan O flat last year has a double personality disorder, his lawyer told Kowloon City Court yesterday. A report was called for on how the disorder would influence Fung Chiu-wa, 35, who is facing seven charges of dropping an object from a building.
