HK$135m facelift for old people's homes

Secretary for Transport and Housing Eva Cheng yesterday visited Ping Shek Estate where a HK$135 million revitalisation scheme is due to commence early next year. She said that the scheme would not affect how much rent the tenants, who are mostly elderly, are charged.
