A former Equal Opportunities Commission official has lost her lawsuit against the commission, a former chairwoman and a former chief executive for sexual and disability discrimination. Former director of gender affairs Priscilla Sit Ka-yin claimed damages and wage losses after she was dismissed one year into a three-year contract. The job paid HK$150,000 a month. District Court Judge David Lok Kai-hong ruled yesterday that the case only involved a personnel dispute between Sit and senior management.
