A 15-year-old girl was taken to Shenzhen for an abortion by her mother about five months after she was raped, a court heard yesterday. Chan Hiu-yeung, 17, had tricked her into his Shek Kip Mei flat between June and July 2008 and attacked her, the Court of First Instance was told. Chan denies rape and says she agreed to sex. The trial continues today before Mr Justice Louis Tong Po-sun.
