John Johnson, chief agency officer, Prudential Assurance

Moving up from his 2006 position as chief partnerships distribution officer, Johnson, a seasoned executive from Britain with 33 years of experience in insurance, will take the lead to drive Prudential Hong Kong's agency sales channel. He will oversee the entire agency team. Connie Guo, hotel manager, Sheraton Sanya Resort

After spending 19 years within the Shangri-La International Hotels Group, Guo has gained diverse experience in areas such as the food and beverage department, sales and marketing and the rooms division. Guo was selected to undertake Shangri-La's Corporate Executive Trainee programme, which enabled her to develop her organisation, operations and management skills before taking on this leading role at the resort.
