Ho has 13 years of executive search experience and will specialise in finance recruitment for the commercial practice. She had trained with PwC and worked for Michael Page International in Britain and Hong Kong.

After working for AIG International, Godby moved to a boutique legal search firm in London, later developing its Asia business. He focuses on the placement of lawyers at all levels in law firms and investment banks across the region.

McKenzie joins from London as part of the group's push to expand its retail and consumer practice in Asia. He has 14 years of experience with OC&C and prior to coming to China headed the group's international retail practice.

Lin has more than 15 years of experience in Greater China. He had worked for Procter & Gamble in the United States and Taiwan. He graduated from the National Taiwan University, and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
