CMA Secondary School
While only eight teams took part when the CMA Cup Basketball Invitation Tournament for Primary School Boys was launched in 2004, last month's event was contested by 24 squads. 
The tournament was organised by CMA Secondary School and  sponsored by the school's governing body, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association. 
Dr Mak Yiu-kwong, the principal of CMA Secondary School, said the event successfully built a platform, strengthening the relationship and communication among primary schools within and outside Sham Shui Po district.
Mak said they hope more schools would take part in the tournament in future. 
The tournament stretched over seven hours, with matches held on the school campus and at the nearby Shek Kip Mei Indoor Games Hall. The primary school students also got a chance to have a look around the school during the day, before they make their choices in the forthcoming Secondary School Places Allocation process.
The winners were:
The Gold Cup: The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Logos Academy; The Silver Cup: SKH Fung Kei Millennium Primary School; The Gold Plate: Five Districts Business Welfare Association School; The Silver Plate: PLK Grandmont Primary School; The Silver Bowl: Wong Tai Sin Government Primary School; The Silver Shield: La Salle Primary School
Rosaryhill School
Visual arts students from Rosaryhill School  demonstrated their creativity to the Wan Chai public during the  opening of their graduation show. 
The Never Ever exhibition opened at A-Link Gallery, C.C. Wu Building, on February 23.
Francis Tsung, principal of the Stubbs Road school's secondary section, commended the aesthetic skills and creativity of his students, and their ability to develop awareness and   analytical thinking about various social trends.
Rosaryhill  School's arts education aims to nurture attentiveness, persistence, active participation and risk-taking. 
After several years of studio-art training, visual arts students from the school have achieved significant  improvements and promising results. They  are observant, inventive  with their  hands, and have sensitive  hearts and an adventurous spirit.  These are all undoubtedly beneficial for  developing careers  in art-related professions.
Christian Alliance S. C. Chan Memorial College
Choi Yuen Tsuen has often been in the news recently. The village may be destroyed to make way for the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link. 
Teachers and students from our school visited Choi Yuen Tsuen to find out more about this community.
As we approached the village, with a dog leading the way, I took lots of photos.
In his house, a village elder prepared snacks and fried noodles for us. They were delicious. 
Afterwards, we sat in a ring with most of us scratching at the bites on our arms and legs. There were so many mosquitoes around. 
We talked with the villagers, and the elder villager asked us to copy down a song called The Light in the Green Field. Then he sang it to us, which was really cool.
Finally, we took photos of the villagers, teachers and students. It was not only fun, I also learned about the villagers' thinking and about the conflict between the environment and development.
