Seasonal peak flu alert issued

The Centre for Health Protection urged the public to take precautionary measures against seasonal flu, which consists mainly of swine flu and influenza B. It said the latest data showed an increasing number of flu samples, which signals that the city has entered the traditional seasonal flu peak. Meanwhile, a 51-year-old man who had been in good health but was admitted to hospital with swine flu on Tuesday is in critical condition.
