A Cheung Sha Wan secondary school vice-principal will go on trial in June over indecent assault charges for allegedly touching a teacher in a staff room last year. Nelson Kan Yuen-yui, 57, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Kwun Tong Court to two counts of indecent assault. He is accused of touching the teacher on April 2 and November 8 at Nam Wah Catholic Secondary School. The trial begins on June 2.
