Quarantine dogs caught at least 225 travellers bringing raw meat into the city since January last year, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department said. The Centre for Food Safety's four dogs - Diva, Max, Jed and Sunny - also searched 217 trucks since February last year. The dogs search luggage and trucks to prevent the illegal import of raw meat, poultry and game.
