Natural heritage

Bally has channelled its Swiss heritage into its spring-summer collection with quality natural materials such as silk, suede and linen in neutral shades. We like the double-breasted hooded trench in ultra-light suede (right; HK$34,000), the slim-fit silk shirts (HK$3,990) and trousers in stretch cotton micro jacquard (HK$3,490). The collection is available at Bally, Pacific Place, Admiralty, tel: 2522 6123.

City slickers

Intermezzo's new rainwear collection is perfect for Hong Kong's hot and humid summers. The cotton trousers are water- and oil-repellent and dirt- proof, while the shirts come in a light synthetic fabric with similar properties. Inspired by the 2010 football World Cup in South Africa, the collection includes shirts and umbrellas with a Liberty floral pattern (far right). The collection is available at Intermezzo, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, tel: 2175 4123.

Brief encounter

Alfred Dunhill has added a colour to its formal leather collection. Sidecar grey is available on such items as the single document case (HK$10,750), double document case (HK$7,850) and the single zip briefcase (pictured, HK$7,150). The collection is available at Dunhill, Pacific Place, tel: 2537 1009.
