Chinajilin.com.cn, a provincial government news portal, blamed unidentified external hijacking of the campus broadcast system for the bizarre interruption at a Tonghua middle school on March 27. Initial analysis said the disruption, which lasted up to three minutes, came from an unidentified radio signal. The the incident has once again raised concerns over the credibility of the country's civil service exam regime, which has been tainted by scandals.
