A private tutor who twice indecently assaulted a five-year-old girl during lessons was yesterday jailed for 11/2 years. Nigel Russell Harris, 43, was convicted of two counts of indecent assault in his Tin Shui Wai flat on September 9 and 14. The incidents came to light after the girl refused to attend tutorials and told her grandmother about the abuse. District Court Judge Stanley Chan Kwong-chi also ordered Harris to receive psychological treatment.
