A residential-inspired venue offering a special visual showcase for event planners has been introduced by Park Hyatt Beijing.
The Events Studio is aimed at making occasions personal and innovative, with meticulous attention to detail. Consultations are held with event planners in a relaxing setting designed to inspire. The area features a living area and a tasting room equipped with an open kitchen.
'This space is the venue for inspiration on decorations, table-top presentations and floral arrangements, as well as a wide range of personal touches,' a Park Hyatt Beijing spokesman says. 'Guests can seek inspiration from the sample giveaways and event stationery displays, along with floral and event references. There are also oversized glass work desks and a table-top library for brainstorming.'
To sample a menu for the event, the tasting room offers an exclusive venue for event planners. With an open kitchen and a table that serves up to eight people, organisers can enjoy freshly prepared dishes by the chef, together with the hotel's event or food and beverage specialist.
