Dictator moves prison

Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega has been moved from a prison in the United States to one in France. He was captured by the US in 1989 and sentenced to 40 years in a Miami prison on drug charges. Now he will serve further time in France, also on drug charges. Noriega had claimed that American officials were involved in drug trafficking.
