The incident took place while he was getting back into his car. He did not realise his microphone was still on. A bigot is a person who does not accept any opinions different from theirs. What Brown said was seen as an insult to the woman and was all over the news. He had to apologise.

What Brown said may hurt his campaign. Britain's general election will be held on Thursday. People will vote for a political party and the leader of that party will become Prime Minister.
