The Court of First Instance yesterday overturned the Building Authority's rejection of a developer's project in Happy Valley for being too high for the neighbourhood. Fortune Key Limited has submitted five plans for buildings of varying heights over the years for the site in Blue Pool Road. Yesterday's decision related to the fourth submission involving two buildings, one of six storeys and the other 47 storeys. The Building Authority's decision had been upheld by its appeal tribunal. The court ordered the tribunal to reconsider.
