Regional training manager/trainer

A leading beauty retailer is on the lookout for a training professional to join its expanding organisation.

The role is responsible for identifying training needs, organising and delivering training programmes for frontline staff in the organisation's Asia-Pacific outlets, and involves extensive travel. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua are necessary.

Other duties include building the brand's image in the region by reinforcing the French company's visual merchandising standards and handling customer inquiries.

Candidates should be proactive, independent, degree holders, with good interpersonal skills and have more than five years of experience (preferably in retail personal care). An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
